CORRECTION
The link for the AWG Convention/ AWG Breakfast at GSA that appeared in AWG
E-mail News 2003-20 was mistyped. The correct URL is given in the
announcement below. My apologies for any inconvenience or frustration this
error may have caused. Ed.

1) AWG CONVENTION / AWG BREAKFAST AT GSA -- IMMINENT DEADLINES

There are 2 major deadlines coming up in the next few days. First, don't
forget to send your registration for the AWG Convention by September 27
(Saturday) to get the early registration price, and especially if you want
to attend the Saturday November 1 "Geology of the Seattle Area" field trip
being led by Kathy Troost. On October 4, we'll open up field trip
registration to the general public if it's not full. You can download the
convention flyer and registration form at
www.scn.org/psawg/Convention.html.

And if you're coming to the GSA Annual Meeting, don't forget to register
for the AWG Breakfast on Monday morning. If you've already registered for
GSA, but forgot to (or your employer wouldn't) sign up for the AWG
Breakfast, don't worry -- it's easy to add. Either mail in or fax another
registration form with the AWG Breakfast marked and include your payment,
or call GSA at 1-800-472-1988 x1083 and talk to Mary Berthelson. Tell her
you want to add the AWG Breakfast, ticketed function 308A ($23) if you're a
professional or 308B ($10) if you're a student, and give her your credit
card number. Either way, the preregistration deadline is September 26 (Friday).
