The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Bureau of Sociological Research is 
interested in factors that influence career paths and decisions of 
Geoscientists. You are invited to participate in an NSF-funded focus group 
addressing these factors to be held during Spring AGU meetings, Tuesday, 
May 28, 2002, at the Convention Center or conference hotel. Child care will 
be available at the AGU meeting; costs will be covered by the UNL-BOSR. We 
offer a $50 token of appreciation for sharing your experiences and 2 hours 
of your time.
If you would like to participate in this important study, please indicate 
your interest in being eligible to participate by sending an email to 
advance2@unl.edu with subject line of GEOSCIENCES. The Bureau of 
Sociological Research at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is organizing and 
conducting the focus groups.
