RESEARCH SCIENTIST, GEOSCIENCES, UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA

We seek an experienced researcher with expertise in radioisotopic geochronology and thermochronology and regional geological analysis to lead large-scale research projects in orogenic and detrital studies. Applicants should have extensive experience in at least two of the following dating techniques: U/Pb, (U-Th)/He, and fission-track dating, and demonstrated ability to lead large field and analytical campaigns in geological analysis, and successfully obtain external research funding. Projects will be in collaboration with George Gehrels and Peter Reiners and other scientists in the Arizona Geochronology Center. https://www.uacareertrack.com
